Two documents govern the platform. Both are versioned; the version and document hash are recorded when a vendor accepts them.

zkLicensing is currently in beta. Use it at your own risk. Do not put irreplaceable funds at stake. We may change protocol parameters or pause issuance during this period.

What personal data the platform processes (little for buyers, more for vendors), why, and for how long. Includes the honest section on public-blockchain data and GDPR limits.

Machine-readable metadata: /legal/terms.json · /legal/privacy.json. Each returns { version, effectiveDate, documentHash, url, archiveUrl }. Superseded versions remain reachable under /legal/terms/v/<version> and /legal/privacy/v/<version>.
